And they comfortably beat French giants Lyon 2-0 – both at the Emirates.

So they’ll be oozing with confidence knowing that their 2024/25 opening Premier League match is on home soil.

Furthermore, Gary O’Neil has arguably lost his best player Pedro Neto to Chelsea which is a huge boost for the Arsenal defence.
