Rashford previously admitted the speeding offence through a single justice procedure, The Sun revealed.

He has now been banned from driving for six months and slapped with a £1,666 fine.

Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court was told the footballer was caught by an undercover white BMW patrol car.

Rashford, who appeared via videolink, claimed he feared he was being followed by the vehicle, which then made him speed.

DC Maskrey told the court he “increased his speed” in a bid to catch up with the footballer.

He said at “no point” was he able to close the gap despite reaching speeds of 104mph.

Rashford eventually left the motorway before the officer activated the emergency lights on his BMW.

The December offence came less than two months after the star wrecked another Rolls-Royce in a crash.
