GARETH SOUTHGATE will be hoping he can lead England to a third semi-final at a major tournament TODAY.

The Three Lions are still in Euro 2024 by the skin of their teeth after Jude Bellingham’s 95th-minute overhead kick took the last 16 clash against Slovakia to extra time.

Harry Kane then netted seconds into the additional period to secure England’s spot in the quarter-finals and delay their flight home from Germany a little longer.

Southgate’s men are looking to be the first England team to win a major tournament since the 1966 World Cup-winning side.

But first, the Three Lions must get past Switzerland and progress to the semi-finals of Euro 2024.

England will face the winner of Netherlands vs Turkey in the Euro 2024 semi-final should the Three Lions beat Switzerland.

The match will take place on Wednesday, July 10 at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund – with kick off set for 8pm BST.

On the opposite side of the bracket, Spain and France will go head-to-head in the other semi-final.
