Max Allegri ‘holding out for Premier League job’ as ex-Juventus manager ‘offered three-year Saudi contract’

MAX ALLEGRI has his eye on a job in the Premier League despite being offered a three-year deal in Saudi Arabia, according to reports.

The Italian coach, 56, was sacked by Juventus last month after he exploded during his side’s 1-0 Coppa Italia win over Atalanta.

He was sent off, fumed at the officials, threatened a journalist, and was waved off by sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli during the post-match celebrations in a remarkable scene.

Now, after his second stint at Juventus came to a fiery end, he is keen to return to management immediately.

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, he has been offered a three-year contract by an unnamed Saudi Pro League club.

However, it is understood Allegri has no interest in a switch to the Middle East.
