JACK Grealish has been getting steaming again – after he confessed to having a sauna every night before he goes to bed.
The Manchester City and England winger is well known for his love of a boozy night out, famously partying for days in his City kit after winning the treble.
But he has now had a traditional Swedish sauna hut installed at his £5.6m mansion in Cheshire where he lives with Wag Sasha Attwood.
And each night the 28-year-old wanders into the garden to spend at least ten minutes sweating out any toxins in temperatures of 110C.
Once finished, he then spends another ten minutes sitting outside in the open to enjoy the fresh air.
A source said: “Jack loves to get steaming when the time is right and makes no apology for it. But it seems like as he’s matured he’s discovered there are different ways to spend your time.

“His partner Sasha is big on health and fitness and they are enjoying being able to pop into their own personal sauna whenever they want. It’s become his new routine before bed.”
The moneybags Man City star filmed an ad last month with some of his England teammates.
The winger signed up for a new Hellman’s mayonnaise advert campaign.
Insiders said the mayo ad would air in the run up to the Euros in Germany this summer.

A source said: “Jack is a man in demand off the pitch and he’s the star of a new Hellman’s mayo ad.
“He took part in a video shoot alongside some other England players in Manchester.
“The details of the shoot are being kept under wraps but it’ll show Jack and his teammates enjoying a squirt or two of the white stuff.”
