OK, recommending Liverpool players isn’t a particularly awe-inspiring suggestion.
It’s a bit like a friend asking what box set they should invest in next and you suggest Breaking Bad or The Sopranos.
Yes, we and everyone with WiFi connection knows they are good…
But it’s not too often that a Liverpool asset is flying under the radar, and perhaps representing a massive differential for Dream Team bosses.

The man in question is Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.
The Hungarian powerhouse is enjoying a terrific debut campaign for Jurgen Klopp’s side since arriving from RB Leipzig in July 2023.
The 23-year-old has registered seven goals and five assists in 33 appearances in all competitions.
He’s accumulated a whopping 168 points in Dream Team this year, but still finds himself with just a 4.8% ownership.
There’s a variety of reasons why he’s being overlooked, not least the fact that he’s missed a total of 12 games since January with a hamstring issue.
Szoboszlai revealed that he came back from his initial injury too soon, but he’s now “ready to go” ahead of Liverpool’s marathon end to the season.
And his performances reflect just that.
The all-action midfielder has scored 31 points in five appearances since returning from injury.
Szoboszlai has registered eight shots on target, two bonus points, two goals and the same number of assists in just 276 minutes since the beginning of March.
He’s Liverpool’s seventh most profitable player in Dream Team this season, averaging 5.1 points per match – which can only be significantly bettered by Mohamed Salah (£6.6m) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.1m).
The Hungry international has also racked up 24 bonus points – that’s just five behind the Egyptian superstar and three adrift of Alexis Mac Allister.
He’s created 38 chances for his teammates in the Premier League this season – creating an opportunity every 46 minutes.
He’s also fired off 45 league attempts with 11 of those on target, giving him an average of a shot every 38 minutes. And no wonder… he’s had 587 touches in the opposition’s final third in 23 appearances – a record bettered by only Salah and Luis Diaz.
Of Szoboszlai’s seven goals, five have come at Anfield.
And that’s even better news for Dream Team gaffers given FOUR of Liverpool’s next FIVE fixtures are on Merseyside against Brighton, Sheffield United, Atalanta and Crystal Palace.
At £4.2m with form, fitness and fixtures on his side, Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai is more than just a punt.
