IRAN’S goalkeepers scored three goals in their latest Beach Soccer World Cup match.
Team Melli beat Tahiti 5-3 in their final group match in the United Arab Emirates on Monday.
It was their goalkeepers who stole the show, though, with Hamed Behzadpour and Seyed Mirjalili scoring three times between them.
Behzadpour grabbed two goals either side of Mirjalili’s strike as Iran came back from 2-0 down.
Firstly, Behzadpour juggled the ball inside his own half before smashing in a long-range effort.
Mirjalili then levelled the match by calmly completing nine keep-ups as opposition players closed him down.

He then volleyed the ball into the back of the net from halfway.
Behzadpour followed this with a deflected strike to put Iran ahead, striding forward before unleashing a low and hard effort.
Reacting on social media, one fan wrote: “He is a cheat code.”
Another shocked supporter simply added: “Oh… my…”

Behzadpour had already scored in the earlier victory over Argentina on Saturday, with his tally for the tournament now standing at three.
The win sealed top spot in group B for Iran, who will now face hosts UAE in the quarter-finals on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Tahiti are also through in second place after beating Argentina and Spain.
