And he has even started his own clothing business.

Halford began his senior career at Colchester before bursting into England’s top flight with Reading in 2006.

He played three times for the Royals before making a cross-Prem move to Sunderland a year later.

Halford made eight appearances for the Black Cats.

And he later played 17 times in the Premier League for Midlands giants Wolves.

Halford’s incredible career saw him star in the Championship for numerous clubs like Nottingham Forest and Cardiff too.

But he is now plying his trade in the Isthmian League Premier Division with YouTube club Hashtag United.

The Essex-based side was founded by YouTuber Spencer Owen in 2016.

Chelsea legend Cesar Azpilicueta is an investor, while their star player is Love Island’s Toby Aromolaran.

Halford is now loving life at Hashtag United.

And the platform has even allowed him to successfully start up his own business brand called 15 — based on his shirt number.

Halford told the Under The Cosh podcast: “I went to Hashtag, set up a couple of clothing businesses.

“I went to Hashtag because the platform that they have is unreal online.

“So I incorporated both my playing and my businesses.

“I pretty much had the No15 throughout my entire career so I just wanted to have some sort of resonance with my clothing brand and my past career

“The stars around it represent two teams of the years and two promotions.”
