SERGIO RAMOS snubbed holders Manchester City as he named the best two teams in the Champions League.
And Harry Kane’s Bayern Munich also brutally missed out.
Ramos, 37, knows a thing or two about what it takes to win the Champions League.
He lifted the famous trophy four times during his trophy-laden time at Real Madrid.
Now back at Sevilla following two years with Paris Saint-Germain, the Spanish defender is up against Arsenal, PSV and Lens in Group B.
And he identified Mikel Arteta’s Gunners as one of the two top teams in Europe right now.

Arsenal secured a crucial 2-1 win over Sevilla in Spain on Tuesday night, thanks to Gabriel Jesus’ sublime performance.
Now Ramos believes the North Londoners are on a par with his former club Real Madrid, who Sevilla drew 1-1 against on Saturday.
He said: “We had chances to hurt them, knowing that Arsenal are a team that wants to play football, that leaves a lot of space on the line to take advantage of those losses that we sometimes found, but we did not capitalise well enough.
“I think that in the end, we went head to head, both against Real Madrid and Arsenal.

“It is true that it is difficult not to see a difference before we played the teams that, for me, currently play the best in Europe.
“And playing face to face with this type of team and knowing that they create from the back and want to create by playing football from the goalkeeper’s kick, is not easy.”
Dani Carvajal rescued a point for Real at the Ramos Sanchez Pizjuan at the weekend, equalising four minutes after David Alaba’s own goal.
But Sevilla came unstuck when Jesus’ superb assist set Gabriel Martinelli up to break the deadlock in the Champions League tie on the stroke of half-time.
Jesus curled in a magnificent finish of his own to make it 2-0 before Nemanja Gudelj pulled one back from a corner.
However, it finished 2-1 as Arsenal moved to the top of Group B and Sevilla sit third with two points and no wins just yet.
Ramos added: “The team has done quite a few things well, although football is ultimately a result, right? And you go home screwed but proud of knowing we have given everything within.
“In the end it is complicated because when you lose the conclusions you draw from it are almost all negative. But regardless of all that, I believe that the team can go home with a clear conscience having emptied itself on the field.
“In the end, the Champions League has those small details. Maybe we were penalised for that goal before the break, which emotionally I think hurt the team.”

Also on Tuesday night, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich made it three wins from three thanks to goals from Jude Bellingham and Kane respectively.
On Wednesday, Barcelona and Manchester City – who won an emphatic Treble last term, beating Bayern and Real before edging past Inter in the final – will aim to maintain their 100 per cent starts to the group stages.
