Why is Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal suing Dillon Danis?

Logan Paul is going head-to-head with Dillon Danis at the AO Arena in Manchester on October 14, so the hostility between the two fighters is to be expected.

But what isn’t so commonplace is the fact Logan’s fiancee Nina Agdal is suing Danis — let’s take a look at what’s happened so far.

Why is Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal suing Dillon Danis?

Nina Agdal, Logan Paul’s fiancee, went to the courts to take action against Dillon Danis following the fighter’s alleged social media harassment.

Agdal claimed to have “suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm” from Danis’ persistent tweets about her.

A court has found in her favour and a temporary restraining order has been placed against Danis, reports TMZ.

Dillon has been forbidden from posting content depicting or portraying Agdal that was never meant to be publicly shared — or which was obtained without consent.

Danis’ friends and associates have been prohibited from sharing such content, too.

What did Dillon Danis do?

Danis has allegedly been harassing Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal on social media.

He is also accused of sharing a 10-year-old X-rated photo of Agdal from a “romantic encounter” with one of her exes.

The ruling prevents Danis from “posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff’s accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorised means.”

Agdal also claims Danis hacked her private snapchat account to find and publish a video of the Danish model talking about wanting physical intimacy after a period of celibacy.

Agdal is seeking damages of £120,000 per federal violation and has asked a judge to ban Danis from posting further sexually explicit images which could possibly harm her reputation.

Responding to the lawsuit on X — formally Twitter — Danis said: “Nina Adgel [sic] has filed a massive lawsuit against me.

“She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail.

“This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*** the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”

What has Logan Paul said about Dillon Danis?

During a recent conversation on his brother’s podcast BS w/ Jake Paul, ‘The Maverick’ spoke about the financial situation Danis will land himself in if he loses his case against Agdal.

Responding to this, former UFC heavyweight contender Brendan Schaub wrote on X: “This bums me out. First rule of fight club: 1. Don’t sue another fighter building the fight.”

Paul replied: “It bums me out that 3 weeks ago I DM’d you Nina’s lawsuit details because of your ignorance & your response was ‘Oh Jesus. Did not know that. Not cool.’

“Then you come on here talking about fight club rules like you’re the referee. This twisted ‘promotion’ has gone FAR beyond the fight game & you know that.

“Plus I’m not the one suing him. He picked a fight with an innocent woman who is standing up for herself the only way she can: by holding a predator legally accountable for breaking the law — any person who doesn’t understand that is a delusional t***.

“The lawsuit is HER choice, and I fully support her. Now I get to break his face in front of millions of people & ruin his entire life. Win win.”

In spite of all the drama, Agdal’s lawsuit hasn’t stopped Danis from trolling Agdal — he continues to post pictures and degrading comments about Paul’s fiancee in an effort to ruffle the YouTuber’s feathers before the fight.
