KSI and Tommy Fury are nearing a deal to fight after positive talks between the two camps.
Fury is coming off his biggest win by handing Jake Paul the first defeat of his career following a split-decision in February.
KSI and Paul were in line to settle their bitter score at the end of the year but the American’s loss looks to have given those plans to KO.
So now KSI’s attention has turned to Fury, should he get past Joe Fournier in his May 13 return fight.
Promoter Kalle Sauerland told Pro Boxing Fans: “Had a great meeting with (Fury’s dad) John, we both like the fight.
“It’s about getting a deal done now. Look, John seems to be like a very simple person to deal with which I like, straight shooter.

“We had a good meeting, it was nice to go up to Morecambe and yeah, I’m confident we can get it done.
“But we’re not overlooking obviously Joe Fournier first.”
Paul, 26, looked set to exercise his rematch clause with Fury, 23, following his loss in Saudi Arabia.
But the YouTuber has since been linked with instead returning against ex-UFC star Nate Diaz.

And Fury himself teased fighting a “bigger” name than Paul, fuelling speculation of facing KSI.
But first the British prankster-turned prizefighter must beat nightclub tycoon and 9-0 boxer Fournier, 40.
Sauerland added: “Let’s get a deal done first. I’m sure they’ve got a few other options on the table as well.
“I hope we can get it done but at the same time we’ve got to focus on the Fournier fight.
“It’s not unsimilar to the situation Jake Paul was in and we don’t want to make the same mistakes and we won’t.”
