Real Madrid star Tchouameni ‘lined up for stunning £70m Premier League transfer’ as Spaniards target Bellingham

LIVERPOOL are lining up a stunning £70million move for Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni with the Spaniards targeting Jude Bellingham, according to reports.

Liverpool were keen on the France international last summer before he ended up joining the Spanish giants but are now reportedly after the 23 year old again.

Tchouameni has impressed during his debut campaign in the Spanish capital and was part of the side that won the Club World Cup in February.

The Frenchman was also on the scoresheet as France beat England 2-1 in the World Cup quarter final in Qatar.

Despite only joining Carlo Ancelotti’s side last summer, in a deal reportedly worth in excess of £85m, Spanish outlet El Nacional have reported the midfielder could be on the move again with Liverpool planning a similar move.

The report also adds that Tchouameni has been “slower than expected” in adapting to life in Madrid, but he is highly thought of by the club’s hierarchy, who could be unwilling to let him go.

Liverpool are looking to revamp their midfield in the summer and have been strongly linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham but face stiff competition from Europe’s top sides.

Whomever the six time European champions decide to bring in, improving the midfield will be vital as they look to rebuild next season following a very disappointing campaign to date.

Bellingham isn’t the only name Jurgen Klopp’s side hold interest in with Chelsea’s Mason Mount and Wolves’ Matheus Nunes also being linked with a move to Anfield.

After thrashing Manchester United 7-0 last month, they lost three matches in a row before taking a point with a goalless draw against Chelsea.
