BT SPORT and supporters were left confused after both Tottenham and AC Milan arrived late for their Champions League clash before a delayed kick-off was eventually confirmed.
The squads arrived at the Tottenham Stadium around an hour before the scheduled 8pm start due to weather and traffic around North London.
And that initially led to BT Sport host Jake Humphrey stating that the Champions League last-16 showdown had been pushed back until 8.30pm.
However, just as his pundit panel of Glenn Hoddle, Rio Ferdinand and Peter Crouch discussed the impact of a delayed start a fresh update was issued.
Humphrey then informed viewers that it had now been confirmed that the action would still get underway at it’s original time despite the rush to get ready.
Then, in another twist, it was finally announced that the match would kick-off with a TEN MINUTE DELAY at 8.10pm.

Kick-off was due to take place at 8pm, but the late arrival of the Dortmund bus has scuppered that.
The Germans turned up nearly 30 minutes late due to major congestion around Stamford Bridge, which was in part caused by thousands of fans of both teams walking through the streets of west London.
Dortmund’s late arrival left them with less than an hour to prepare for the second leg of the tie – which led to a ten minute delay.
