Andrey Santos spotted in stands of new club as Chelsea starlet closes in on loan transfer move


CHELSEA starlet Andrey Santos was spotted at Vasco da Gama’s match against Bovaista.

The Brazilian is believed to be set to join the club on loan for the remainder of the season.

The midfielder watched on as the Brazilian side won 4-1 at the São Januário Stadium.

Fabrizio Romano has Tweeted that the player will start training with Vasco this week.

He said: “Andrey Santos, in attendance for Vasco da Gama game yesterday night.

“Loan deal has been agreed on Monday and it will be completed soon with Chelsea 🚨🔵

“Andrey will return to Chelsea in July for 2023/24 season.

“He will start training with Vasco later this week.”

The reporter suggested that the highly rated 18-year-old will return to Chelsea ahead of next season.

Santos only signed for the Blues from Vasco in January but is yet to play for the Premier League side.
