Scott Parker facing calls to be SACKED after just seven weeks at Club Brugge after star’s X-rated tunnel rant

SCOTT PARKER is facing calls for his sacking by Club Bruges – barely seven weeks after taking charge of the Belgian champions.

The former Fulham and Bournemouth boss has won just one of his nine games since replacing Carl Hoefkens at the turn of the year.

Fan anger has grown since Sunday’s 2-2 Pro League draw with city rivals Cercle Bruges.

And star winger Noa Lang was filmed launching an X-rated rant at his teammates in the players’ tunnel after the game.

Dutch international Lang swore in English as he branded club’s players “f***ing p***ies”.

And the 23-year-old, a target for Everton and Leeds, said Bruges’ failure to win was happening “every f***ing week.”

Parker, 42, admitted: “We’ve taken a backward step. A lot of things were unacceptable.

“We were not good enough on almost every level. We were too soft.”

Influential pundit Marc Degryse said: “I don’t think things will turn out well between club and Parker.

“They are not in a healthy situation. They have taken two steps back, and I can’t see them making those steps forward. Club had no answer to Cercle’s style of football.”

One Bruges fan fumed: “The chairman should for once put his hands in his pockets and get us a proper coach.”

And another supporter raged: “It’s time club took steps, or else nobody will come to watch them any more.”

Bruges are fourth in the table, 21 points behind leaders KRC Genk.

They are also facing Champions League elimination after losing their round of 16 first-leg tie 2-0 at home to Benfica.

England midfielder Parker had an impressive playing career for Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham, Tottenham and Fulham.

He was sacked as Bournemouth boss after their 9-0 defeat by Liverpool last August.
