MANCHESTER UNITED have been warned Napoli are under no pressure to sell star striker Victor Osimhen.
The 24-year-old has fired Napoli 13 points clear at the top of the Serie A table in their pursuit of a first title since 1990.
But recent reports have emerged suggesting Man Utd are preparing to launch a staggering £107million transfer bid.
Such a deal would equal the current British transfer record set by Chelsea’s acquisition of Enzo Fernandez in January.
However, despite the potentially huge offer, Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis remains defiant over the possibility of a sale.
Speaking to German outlet Bild, De Laurentiis said: “I can tell you that Osimhen is not for sale.

“Our players are in demand, but I don’t have to sell anyone. We don’t have any debts.”
Osimhen’s stock is only on an upward trajectory given the current form he is displaying.
He scored twice in Napoli’s 3-0 win at Spezia over the weekend, taking his Serie A tally for the season up to 16.
Consequently, a reported £133m price tag from the club seems more and more reasonable.
