JADON SANCHO has returned to Manchester United first-team training.
The Red Devils star, 22, has been working to a personal training plan that was set out by Erik ten Hag in November.
He jetted off to Holland during the World Cup and linked up with coaches Ten Hag had previously worked with.
Sancho then returned to Carrington last week and The Athletic have revealed he was present at first-team training on Tuesday.
Speaking about Sancho last month, Ten Hag said: “First we didn’t see him in the last games for United, so he wasn’t in the right status, in the right fitness state, so now he’s on an individual programme and we want him to finish that programme and hopefully, we see him back soon.”
When quizzed on Sancho’s absence from a training camp in Spain during the World Cup, Ten Hag added: “He’s not fit enough.

“Sometimes there are circumstances with fitness and mood. Now he’s on a physical programme and our aim is to get him back as quickly as possible.”
He continued: “After we got a drop of level and what happens sometimes you don’t know why or what is causing it.
“That is what we’re doing now, trying to research and now we try to get him back there. It’s a combination of physical but also mentally.”
Last month, Ten Hag also said: “We want to bring him back as quickly as possible, but I can’t give a prognosis of when that will be.”

In that match, he was substituted for Fred in the 52nd minute.
Sancho arrived from Borussia Dortmund for £73million in the summer of 2021.
In the 18 months which have followed, he has contributed eight goals and four assists in 52 appearances.
