A FRIEND of sports pundit Ian Wright has been killed with broken glass in an attack.
Boxer Reece Newcombe, 31, helped train the ex-footballer, 59, among other famous names for a charity boxing match.
The dad-of-one, from Feltham, West London, also taught actor Jack O’Connell, who recently starred in the drama ‘SAS: Rogue Heroes.’
Reece, who became a dad to a girl in June, died after being attacked near Richmond Bridge, South West London, in the early hours of Saturday.
His heartbroken family wrote on social media: “This is the hardest thing for us to write.
“We are truly heartbroken at the loss of our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin.

“Words cannot describe our grief. Our family is broken and never will be the same again without Reece’s larger than life personality.
“As a family, we will make sure his darling daughter Misse will know all about her Daddy and how much he loved her and how much he was loved by everyone.”
They added: “We appreciate everyone’s love and support. RIP our beloved Reecey Bear.”
A fundraiser has generated more than £26,000 for his daughter. His friend Dobbo wrote: “Reece was a loveable, fun guy loved by all.
“He didn’t have a bad bone in his body. He made an impact on everyone he met.
“Unfortunately we lost our dear Reece, leaving his daughter Misse behind.
“I want to raise money to give Misse the first Christmas and start in life her dad would have wanted.”
No arrests have yet been made. Met Police Det Chief Insp Katherine Goodwin said they believe a number of people saw the fatal attack unfold and may have filmed it on their phones.
It comes after two 16-year-old boys were stabbed to death a mile apart from each other on Saturday evening.

He was knifed to death last night in Thamesmead, South East London. Around the same time Charlie Bartolo, also 16, was fatally stabbed about a mile away in Abbey Wood.
