CHELSEA fans called for Graham Potter to be sacked after he announced his first Blues line-up to take on Red Bull Salzburg.
The new boss, 47, made three changes to the side that lost 1-0 to Dinamo Zagreb last time out.
Thiago Silva, Marc Cucurella and Jorginho came in to replace Ben Chilwell and two summer signings Wesley Fofana and Kalidou Koulibaly.
But it was Potter’s decision not to drop Cesar Azpilicueta and Mason Mount that appears to have most irritated fans.
Some supporters attempted to get #AzpilicuetaOut trending on Twitter after the captain was named alongside Silva in defence for the Champions League group E clash.
One fan was annoyed by Mount starting given the England international has failed to register a goal or an assist in seven games this season.

He said: “Mount starts… #potterout.”
Another fan commented: “I don’t see Fofana and I do see Havertz. #PotterOut.”
And a third said: “Benching Fofana and Koulibaly for Azpilicuta? PotterOut.”
Potter did retain some continuity with his starting line-up as he named the same attacking trio that started against Zagreb – Raheem Sterling, Kai Havertz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Ahead of his first game in charge Potter spoke about the need to take risks, and has arguably done so by dropping Fofana and Koulibaly.
He said: “Life is about taking risks and doing something which is a bit outside of what you are comfortable with.
“It allows you to grow and develop. I had a young family and they gave up a lot to come over to Sweden. It wasn’t exactly Barcelona or Monte Carlo.
“When I took over at Brighton the team had just finished fourth from bottom.
“You learn a lot about what you can deal with, about the ups and downs, about how you have to take responsibility, especially when things aren’t going well.
“We can use those experiences in a really good way.”
