TOTTENHAM left-back Sergio Reguilon is reportedly set to join Atletico Madrid after the Spanish side agreed to sell Renan Lodi to Nottingham Forest.
Lodi will become Forest’s EIGHTEENTH signing of the summer.
Steve Cooper’s side made Hwang Ui-jo their seventeenth acquisition in what’s been an active transfer market for the club.
They’re also set to complete the free transfer of ex-Villarreal star Serge Aurier in the coming days.
But not before Lodi who’s poised to undergo a medical with the Premier League new-boys today, according to the Times.
And providing his medical tests are successful, Lodi will complete a season-long loan deal worth an initial £4.2million which includes a £25m option to buy clause, Fabrizio Romano reported.

Lodi was also being hunted by Newcastle earlier this summer.
The Magpies were said to be considering a £34m bid for the 24-year-old.
But Forest swooped in before the Magpies got the chance to table an offer for the Atletico ace.
Atletico are wasting no time in replacing the full-back, and have already hashed out a deal with Spurs for Reguilon who’ll slot into Lodi’s place.

The 25-year-old seemed set to join Lazio earlier this week before Atletico entered the fray.
And now he’s poised to move to the La Liga side for the rest of the season.
But his transfer doesn’t include an option or obligation to buy, it was added by the Times.
Spurs boss Conte doesn’t see Reguilon in his future plans with Ryan Sessegnon and new arrival Ivan Perisic in contention for his spot.
