SADIO MANE’s class shone through when he allegedly told a referee to disallow his hand-directed goal in Bayern Munich’s 7-0 rout over Bochum.
Bayern were already up 3-0 when Mane struck home with the help of his hand.
But the goal was ruled out when VAR spotted foul play.
However, it was Mane who raised the flag about his unintended misdemeanour, Benchwarmers’ Twitter account claimed.
Clips from the account show Mane pointing to his hand after the ball hit the net.
The 30-year-old’s commendable actions delighted social media users who flocked underneath the post to praise him.

But there was no doubt about Mane’s goal that he scored just 90 SECONDS later.
It was the first of a double he netted as Bayern demolished their Bundesliga opponents.
Fellow new signing and ex-Chelsea target Matthijs De Ligt also got on the scoresheet, along with former Man City star Leroy Sane.
Mane has got off to a flying start since joining the German giants – snagging three goals in as many games.

Bayern seem to be doing just fine without Robert Lewandowski, who left for Barcelona, after Mane’s arrival.
But the same can’t be said for Mane’s former team Liverpool, who are suffering without his presence on the wing.
