  • Records there to be broken

Phil Foden becomes the youngest player to make 100 top-flight league appearances under Pep Guardiola and the second youngest to do so for the club.

Only Micah Richards can boast better stats at a younger age.

Should City avoid defeat today, it would be the sixth unbeaten run of 20 or more Premier League away games by a club.

City can win all three of their opening league fixtures for the first time since 2016/17.

  • Living in a Haaland wonderland

City have never had any issues creating chances and have been the league’s top scorers for several campaigns now.

The major coup of Erling Haaland has put pressure on Pep to see his side score MORE goals and create MORE chances now they have the focal point of Haaland.

His side haven’t put a foot wrong so far this season but the fans want to see their marquee signing hit the ground running.
