MANCHESTER UNITED star Amad Diallo is reportedly being monitored by Ligue 1 side Nice.
The French outfit are keen to secure Arsenal’s record signing Nicolas Pepe on a loan deal before the transfer window slams shut.
But if they cannot secure the Ivory Coast international then Diallo is thought to be next on their list of targets.
According to The Mail, Nice are one of a number of clubs chasing the Man Utd youngster.
Championship sides Blackpool and Sunderland are also interested in the 20-year-old forward.
And he is not in Erik ten Hag’s plans at Old Trafford, so the wise decision may well be to take up another loan move.
Diallo spent last season at Rangers as United were keen for him to earn some game time.
And he netted three times in 13 appearances for the Scottish outfit – but failed to establish himself as a first team regular.
He spent pre-season back with Man Utd but has not figured in Ten Hag’s starting line-ups.
Now things appear to be coming to a head as he is linked with a move away.
