ERLING HAALAND has warned Manchester City’s rivals that he is still just getting into shape after his devastating Prem debut.
The 22-year-old hotshot struck twice against West Ham on Sunday.
And he linked up superbly with his new Etihad team-mates.
But he claims boss Pep Guardiola’s champions will only improve, as he develops a better understanding with the stars around him.
The £51.4million Norwegian said: “I am surrounded with amazing players and we have to build on things.
“We will become even better. It is still early in the season — and we have to get in shape for everything. But it was a good start.”

Haaland made the most of passes from Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne for his two goals against the Hammers.
He feels his relationship with the creative players giving him ammunition will now grow and grow.
It sounds ominous for City’s Prem rivals.
They won the title last season despite midfielder De Bruyne being their top league scorer on 15.

Striker Gabriel Jesus left for Arsenal and winger Raheem Sterling for Chelsea.
But Haaland is certainly confident he can make up for any shortfall.
He added: “There were good balls for the goals, this will come even more.”
