Tielemans LATEST, Toney eyed, Martinez announced, De Jong updates Arsenal have also been keeping tabs on the Belgium international but are thought to be closing in on Manchester City ace Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Gunners have agreed a £30m fee with City but are still working on finalising personal terms.
That could spell the end of their interest in Tielemans as Mikel Arteta plans to use Zinchenko predominantly in midfield.
The Leicester star’s contract runs out next year and there has been no progress regarding a renewal.

Manager Brendan Rodgers is planning to hold talks with the 25-year-old to discuss his future as the Foxes risk losing him for free next year.
Rodgers said: “There’s no update at all. He’s an amazing guy to work with.
