ANTHONY JOSHUA will change his tactics and BEAT Oleksandr Usyk in their rematch, according to Tyson Fury’s former trainer.
Ben Davidson, who trained Fury between late 2017 and 2019, believes Joshua can win his rematch against Usyk and set up an all-British heavyweight championship fight against the Gypsy King.

“I thought he would go about it the wrong way as he did but I still thought there was a lot of distance for Usyk to cover and Joshua eventually will clip him.
“But I think he’ll make some adjustments. It’s a tough fight, Usyk is a phenomenal heavyweight and his attributes are difficult for these big giant heavyweights that are out there at the moment.
“There are some obstacles to overcome but I’m sure him, Robert Garcia, Angel [Fernandez] and the rest of the team are working on overcoming that and I hope they do.

Following his defeat at the hands of the Ukrainian fighter in September of last year, AJ lost the WBA, IBF, and WBO titles for the second time in his career.
He then triggered a rematch clause for a chance to reclaim his titles, with the bout set to take place in Saudi Arabia on August 20.
If Joshua, 32, can overcome Usyk it will pave the way for a potential fight between himself and Fury.

Fury announced he was hanging up his gloves after his knockout victory over Dillian Whyte in April, but later revealed he would return to the ring to fight AJ.
Initially, he said it would take a whopping HALF A BILLION pounds to make him exit retirement, but has since revised this claim to suggest he would fight AJ for free if certain conditions are met.
