MAN UTD goalkeeper Dean Henderson is reportedly on the verge of becoming Newcastle’s first summer signing.
Meanwhile, Sadio Mane is reportedly interested in a big money move to Paris Saint-Germain, while Man City have their eye on Leeds’ Kalvin Phillips.
It is said to be for that reason that the Senegal star has yet to sign a new contract with Liverpool.
Elsewhere, Kylian Mbappe has confirmed that his transfer decision on a potential move to Real Madrid is set to be announced before he jets off with the French squad.
And Tottenham are reportedly ready to nab £70m Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez from under the noses of Arsenal.

Koulibaly speaks on Napoli future
Man United transfer target Kalidou Koulibaly has opened up on his Napoli future.
Koulibaly told Onze Mondial: “I would not cause an argument to leave the club. If I ever did leave Napoli, I would do it on my terms.
“There would be no argument and I would speak to the president. He tries to listen to the fans who don’t want me go and every time has asked for a fee that was too high.”
Newcastle and Man City have also been linked with the defender.
Arsenal didn’t expect top four
Arsenal reportedly had no intention of finishing fourth this season.
And that’s why the club’s transfer budget will not be affected in the summer, according to ESPN.
However, the Gunners will wait to see what European competition they end up in before deciding their recruitment strategy, the report adds.
Keeping Guard of Jesus
Man City boss Pep Guardiola reportedly wants to keep hold of Gabriel Jesus this summer.
Jesus has been linked with a move to Arsenal.
But ESPN claim that Guardiola would like the Brazilian striker to remain at the Etihad.
Kompany tipped for Burnley job
Vincent Kompany has reportedly emerged as a frontrunner to take over at Burnley.
Under-23s coach Mike Jackson is currently interim boss and has been assisted by centre-back Ben Mee since Sean Dyche was surprisingly sacked.
But Burnley chairman Alan Pace is assessing candidates to take over from Dyche full-time, after his ten-year reign ended.
According to Manchester Evening News, Kompany is Pace’s “leading candidate” for the role.
But it could be dependant on Burnley beating the drop, as they currently sit a point above safety.
Arsenal ponder summer move
Arsenal are considering making a move for Marseille ace Boubacar Kamara.
The Gunners reckon Kamara could be the perfect midfield partner for Thomas Partey next season, according to Fichajes.
It comes after William Saliba has been linked with a permanent move to the French side where he’s been on loan this season.
Pogba made City U-turn
Paul Pogba agreed a controversial transfer to Manchester City but made a dramatic U-turn amid fears of fan backlash, according to reports.
Pogba had even agreed personal terms with Manchester City ahead of a potential move, according to The Times.
But the Frenchman is said to have then turned down a move across town from Old Trafford to the Etihad.
Pogba is claimed to have been concerned by the potential backlash he would inevitably have faced from the United faithful.
The Times go on to report Pogba reckoned life in Manchester would have become “unbearable” if he made the high-profile switch to United’s bitter rivals.
Mbappe faces ban next season
Kylian Mbappe is reportedly on the brink if joining Real Madrid.
But he will miss Real’s first game of the upcoming season, according to reports.
That’s because Mbappe was handed a suspension in Ligue 1 whilst playing for PSG against Montpellier last week.
And his suspension will be carried over to next season as the French Football Federation doesn’t confirm punishments straight away.
This means Mbappe’s punishment will have to be served in Spain if he goes to Los Blancos, according to Managing Madrid.
Sam Johnstone sparks transfer frenzy
England keeper Sam Johnstone is being tracked by FIVE Premier League sides.
Johnstone missed West Brom’s last five games after telling boss Steve Bruce he would not sign a new deal and that he intended to leave as a free agent.
And that has sparked a scramble for his services, with Spurs among the clubs that have made contact.
And the keeper is also on the radar of Newcastle, West Ham, Leicester – where Kasper Schmeichel is about to enter the final year of his contract – and Brighton.
Arsenal make transfer
Arsenal have sold Konstantinos Mavropanos to Stuttgart following a £3million deal with the Bundesliga outfit.
Mavropanos has been on loan at the German club for the last two years and has impressed manager Pellegrino Matarazzo so much that the higher-ups decided to sign him permanently.
Mavropanos told Stuttgart’s official website: “I’ve always given my best and will continue to give my best for this great club.
“The trust of the management and the affection of the fans in Stuttgart serve as a great motivation for me.”
Youngster leaves Man United
Manchester United Under-23s striker D’Mani Mellor is leaving the club this summer.
He said on Instagram: “The end of my first chapter in football. Making a debut for Man Utd is something that only a small number of people have the honour to say that they have achieved.
“I’ve been extremely fortunate to represent this club for over 10 years. There are so many people that I have to thank for their support along the way. Many have become my closest friends throughout my time here.
“I’ll always be connected with this amazing club.
“Now, a new chapter starts. I’m ready for that next step and I’m excited to show everyone what I can do.”
Man United transfer exits discussed
Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Eric Bailly are on the Manchester United chopping block, according to reports.
The two defenders face fights for their Old Trafford futures especially as Erik ten Hag comes in for his summer transfer overhaul.
According to Fabrizio Romano, United would be prepared to let them go if the right offers get tabled.
Dest to Man United?
Man United have been presented the opportunity to sign Barcelona ace Sergino Dest, reports claim.
The full-back is reportedly surplus to requirements at Barca who are eager to offload him, according to 90min.
And the report states that Dest has been touted to United who have been linked with the American in the past.
Man United close in on Timber
Man United appear to be on the verge of closing in on the signing of Ajax defender Jurrien Timber.
Incoming Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag has been linked with bringing one of his current top stars with him to Old Trafford.
Now the Netherlands centre-half looks set to complete the move to the Premier League.
The 20-year-old star is represented by Forza Sports Group.
And the company has sparked speculation a transfer is imminent by seemingly dropping a big hint online.
They posted a clip on social media of an airport and captioned it with: “Deal closing time…”
Origi set for AC Milan switch
Liverpool icon Divock Origi has agreed personal terms with AC Milan ahead of the summer transfer window.
That is according to The Athletic, who report Milan are increasingly certain of becoming Origi’s next destination when his Anfield deal runs out in June.
However, a contract has yet to be signed with the Rossoneri and a medical hasn’t been scheduled for the forward.
The Belgium international has been keen to join the Serie A leaders for quite some time as his opportunities at the Kop have been limited this season.
Juventus plan Prem raid
Juventus chief Federico Cherubini has reportedly arrived in London as he looks to secure a deal for Chelsea’s Jorginho.
The Italian giants appear to have won the race to sign Manchester United’s Paul Pogba on a free transfer when the Frenchman’s contract expires next month.
And the 29-year-old could be lining-up alongside Jorginho when he returns to Turin next term.
Todd Boehly’s consortium hope to complete their takeover of Chelsea by the end of the month, which will finally allow them to get back in the game transfer wise.
However, a big-name departure could be the first topic of conversation, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
They state that Juventus have made Italy international midfielder Jorginho, 30, one of their top targets and have now begun their attempt to get him.
Walcott eyes MLS transfer
Theo Walcott is eyeing a switch to MLS with Southampton keen to move the veteran forward on this summer.
The ex-England international has not played a game for Saints since an FA Cup outing in February and is yet to appear in the Premier League this year.
Walcott, 33, has a year remaining on his deal but Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is happy to let him go at the end of the season.
The former Arsenal man has considered a switch Stateside before and is open to doing so if the interest is there this summer, with either Los Angeles or New York among his favoured destinations.
Bellerin set for Arsenal return
Hector Bellerin will return to Arsenal this summer with Real Betis president Angel Haro hopeful a permanent deal can be reached.
The right-back, 23, has starred during his loan spell at his boyhood club this season where he has helped the club win the Copa del Rey.
Betis president Haro has admitted he will be sad to see the defender leave, but hopes the pair’s paths will cross again in the future.
Refusing to rule out turning his temporary stay into a permanent switch, he told reporters: “Hector is a fantastic player and a very good person.
“It was a loan that we had from Arsenal, now he returns to Arsenal and from then on, we’ll see.
“It is true that he has been very caught up in everything about Betis because, in addition, his parents are Betis fans.
“Hopefully we cross paths again.”
‘No hurry’ for Jesus decision
SunSport reported last week that the Brazilian striker wants to stay in England – with his representatives trying to sort a move away from Manchester City this summer.
And now we understand Jesus’ agents are not going to rush into a decision and are keen for their player to end on a high with City before deciding on his next move.
Arsenal were seen as favourites to snap up the 25-year-old – who only has one year left on his current deal – having already initiated positive talks for a £40m-£50m move.
But there is “no hurry” to sort the player’s future after Arsenal’s Monday night collapse.
Wan-Bissaka allowed to leave Man Utd, say reports
Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be allowed to leave permanently or on loan, report Sky Sports.
Wan-Bissaka, 24, has endured a difficult campaign at Old Trafford.
The full-back has started only 25 games with Diogo Dalot being preferred of late.
SunSport exclusively revealed last week that ex-United manager Jose Mourinho is keen on Wan-Bissaka for Roma.
Crystal Palace, who sold Wan-Bissaka to United for £50million in 2019, would be open to re-signing him.
The full-back is also drawing admiring glances from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
Dean Henderson in Newcastle to discuss move
Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson is “closing in on a move” to Newcastle United.
The Manchester Evening News claim that Henderson, 25, was in Newcastle for talks on Wednesday.
Discussions have been held over a loan deal but a permanent move has “not been ruled out”.
Frank on Eriksen: ‘I will give him a hug and a kiss every day if he stays’.
Brentford manager Thomas Frank on Christian Eriksen transfer talk: “I would love to say 100 per cent, but I’m convinced that there is a good chance that he’s wearing the Brentford shirt next season.
“I’m telling him that I will give him a hug and a kiss every day if he stays.
“I still back ourselves. I think the way we play, our environment, the role he’s given is also giving him the opportunity to flourish and play the best game he can play.
“For Christian, it’s a win-win. Either he signs with us and everybody is going to be happy and the fans will build a statue of him outside the stadium in two or three years’ time.
“Or he goes to a bigger level and the fans will applaud him and we will all say thanks for this time and go forward. Let’s see.”
Gunners saving the No14 shirt for a striker?
Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli has been handed a new shirt number in a sign that the club will bring in a striker this summer, writes Jake Lambourne.
The Brazilian winger has worn the No35 at the Emirates since arriving from Ituano in 2019.
Having chipped in with five goals and as many assists in 28 Premier League games this term, the youngster will don the No11 shirt from next season.
Martinelli had called for the No14 shirt after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left to join Barcelona earlier this year.
And fans believe that the fact the No14 has been left free means that it is being saved for a new centre-forward…
Tottenham set to be beaten by Cardiff for non-league star Tanner
Ollie Tanner, 20, is set to join Cardiff in a £50,000 deal from non-league Lewes.
Tottenham were close to snapping up the winger, 20, in January before the Isthmian League Premier Division side announced personal terms could not be agreed.
But Steve Morison’s side are primed to beat competition from Spurs, Brighton and Swansea for Tanner’s signature.
Tanner is currently undergoing a medical ahead of signing a three-year contract with the Championship club.
Relegation Battlers XI
The Premier League trapdoor will open for one more team to join Watford and Norwich this weekend, writes Anthony Chapman.
One of Everton, Leeds or Burnley will be playing Championship football next season.
Frank Lampard looked like he had turned it around with the Toffees, but a 3-2 home defeat to Brentford leaves them in big danger.
Leeds rescued a point at home to Brighton and managed to move out of the bottom three.
That was at the expense of Burnley, who fell to a 1-0 defeat at Tottenham.
And when combined together, those teams could put out a fearsome XI which would not only comfortably beat the drop, but would also challenge for a European finish.
PSG ‘tempt Mane with deal’
Sadio Mane is reportedly reluctant to sign a new Liverpool contract due to transfer interest from abroad.
Mane’s contract ends in summer 2023, and he’s yet to pen a new deal.
But the Senegal forward could be on his way out the door if reports from Bild are true.
The publication claims Mane’s being swayed by PSG who are tracking the attacker.
