BRENTFORD skipper Pontus Jansson hilariously trolled Everton fans after the Bees twice came from behind to beat Everton 3-2.
Thomas Frank’s side managed to pick up three points at Goodison Park despite being a tad bleary eyed.
The Bees were awoken at 3.30am on Saturday night as Everton fans let off fireworks outside the team hotel in Liverpool city centre.
Just like they did before the home win against Chelsea, Everton fans put on a middle of the night fireworks display in a bid to give their side the edge.
This time though the tactic didn’t have the desired effect, as Rico Henry struck after a Yoane Wissa header and Seamus Coleman put the ball into his own net to see Brentford pick up all three points.
And taking to Twitter after the game, Jansson reposted a video of the fireworks and wrote: “You could at least do it [for] more than 10 seconds!”
Bees top-scorer Ivan Toney got in on the act too, and couldn’t help but poke fun at the expense of the Goodison faithful.
Toney tweeted: “Lovely display from the boys but not as good as the fireworks late last night.
“Normally I’m being woke up by my son but fireworks was a new one.”
Even Brentford’s official Twitter account couldn’t resist getting involved as they wrote: “Our fireworks were on the pitch.”

Bees stars Toney and Henry stated after the game that their families had been subjected to vile racist abuse.
Everton have already condemned the alleged abuse and revealed they are working with Merseyside Police to identify any individuals.
Frank Lampard’s side squandered the chance to guarantee Premier League safety with a win at home to the west Londoners.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin had got things off to a perfect start, but Jarrad Branthwaite’s red card changed the game, and Richarlison’s first-half penalty in the end came in vein.
Salomon Rondon compounded the misery when he was shown a straight red card in the closing stages that saw Everton finish the game with nine men.
The Toffees are now two points clear of the drop zone with two games left to play.
Brentford meanwhile have enjoyed a stellar first campaign in the big time, and go into next week’s final game of the season against Leeds with the possibility of securing a top-half Premier League finish.
