Keane was out for a walk with his two dogs when he came across a rope, and the Irishman decided to film himself swinging on it.
The Sky Sports favourite appeared thoroughly enjoying himself too as a great big smile was etched on his face.
He posted the video on Instagram, adding a caption that reads: “My PR team told me I needed to create content today. Enjoy.”
