PADDY LANE was carried off on a stretcher and given a RED CARD following a nasty 50-50 challenge in Fleetwood Town’s clash with Gillingham.
Lane was given his marching orders in the 71st minute of the 0-0 draw after recklessly going in for a tackle with Charlie Kelman.

After much deliberation and waiting for Kelman to get to his feet, referee James Linnington sent off the 20-year-old.
Linnington waited a few moments before dismissing Lane, who was shown his red before being stretched off the pitch.
