MANCHESTER UNITED are likely to be without Luke Shaw for the rest of the season after the full-back underwent an operation last week.
The England star went under the knife to remove two screws in his leg after feeling recent discomfort.

They have been causing him pain of late, leading to the 26-year-old having them removed.
Shaw first felt the issue during last month’s international break, and had to be substituted at half-time during United’s recent 1-1 draw with Leicester.
Interim boss Ralf Rangnick confirmed last week: “We had to take him off at half-time and he is having problems with his leg where he had the operation back in 2015.

According to the Telegraph, the operation is taking longer to recover from than initially expected.
