LUIS SUAREZ is in line for a sensational return to Ajax this summer.
The 35-year-old’s contract with Atletico Madrid is up in June and his current employers are yet to offer him a new deal.

And according to Marca, the La Liga Champions’ lack of communication with Suarez over a contract extension has riled the Uruguayan.
Both club and player have had an indifferent season – and it’s likely that Atletico’s boss Diego Simeone will decide whether they still require Suarez’s services at the end of the campaign.
The Rojiblancos are languishing in fourth spot in the La Liga and still need to get past Manchester United to earn a spot in the Champions League quarter-finals.
And Suarez – who’s missed parts of the campaign due to injury – hasn’t been much of a help – despite scoring nine goals in 25 La Liga games.
Atletico are already said to be exploring new attacking options for next season in the form of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, whose contract runs out in June next year.
However, Suarez has no intention of hanging up his boots just yet – and demands regular playing time to cement his place in Uruguay’s squad for the Qatar World Cup this winter.
And his old club Ajax – where he made his name before heading to Liverpool in 2011 – are reportedly interested in bringing him back to Holland.
The Dutch giants have already made enquires about the disgruntled forward, Marca claim.
But they’ll have to fend off interest from Inter Milan and Sevilla who are also monitoring Suarez’s situation.
There’s interest from the Premier League too with Aston Villa adding him to their wishlist this summer.
And Suarez may be tempted to return to the Prem to reunite with Villa boss and ex-Reds team-mate Steven Gerrard, alongside Philippe Coutinho who’s also at Villa Park on loan.
