Watch Vincent Kompany erupt at Anderlecht flops in expletive-ridden rant as Man City legend shows off secret temper

MAN CITY icon Vincent Kompany unleashed an X-rated dressing-room rant at his Anderlecht players.

Defender Kompany enjoyed a glorious 11-year spell at the Etihad, becoming club captain and helping City win a dozen trophies including four Premier League titles.

The Belgium international left to rejoin boyhood club Anderlecht in 2019, and has been their head coach for the past 18 months.

However Kompany, 35, has struggled to restore his country’s biggest club to their former glories.

They are currently fourth in the Pro League, 12 points behind surprise leaders Union Saint-Gilloise.

Kompany has now been shown on TV dropping a string of F-bombs as he slams his squad following a game.

Broadcasters VooSport have made two documentary series about Anderlecht entitled Mauve.

And a recent episode shows 89-cap Kompany letting rip after the Brussels giants conceded a 94th-minute equaliser to draw 2-2 at Sint Truiden last October.

He yells in perfect English at his multi-national squad, and singles out on-loan Bayern Munich striker Joshua Zirkzee for criticism.

After hurling a water bottle to the floor, Kompany rages: “Listen, no misunderstanding, there’s one f***ing side of me you haven’t f***ing seen boys.

Brussels-born Kompany joined Anderlecht aged just 14, and captained the side before joining Hamburg for £9million in 2006 as a 20-year-old.

Anderlecht are next in action when they host KRC Genk on Sunday.
