Both fighters hit the scales on Friday evening, with Plant weighing in at 167lbs and Canelo hitting the 168lb limit on the dot.

And after months of talking, the pair are ready to finally do battle in a history-making fight under the brightest lights boxing has to offer.

When will Canelo & Plant make their ring-walks?

Canelo Alvarez has had some extravagant ring-walks this year and tonight’s against Caleb Plant will be just as lively.

The Mexican had reggaeton star J Balvin play his ring-walk music for his clash with Avni Yildirim, while a mariachi band played him out in his fights against Callum Smith and Billy Joe Saunders.

And this time you can probably expect something just as extravagant.

  • Canelo vs Plant ring-walks are expected to get underway from 4.30am UK time on Sunday, November 7.
  • That’s 8.30pm over in Nevada, where the fight will take place.
  • With the walks set to be long and ring introductions and national anthems to be belted out, it’s likely the fight gets going closer to 5am.
  • Timings are subject to change and will depend on how long the undercard lasts.

What channel is it and can it be live streamed?

  • Canelo vs Plant will be shown live on BT Sport Box Office in the UK.
You can purchase the event for £19.95.
  • Coverage will get underway from midnight on Saturday, November 6.
  • The event is available for live streaming from the BT Sport Box Office app, which is available for download onto your mobile or tablet device.
