ANTHONY JOSHUA already looks to be in fighting shape ahead of his long-awaited clash with Oleksandr Usyk.
AJ will defend his unified heavyweight titles against the former undisputed cruiserweight king at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 25.
The Olympic gold medallist is currently enjoying a light warm-weather training camp in sunny Spain before getting down to the nitty-gritty next month.
And in a video shared on his official Instagram page, he looked more than ready to go 12 rounds.
On Wednesday evening, Joshua, 31, posted a clip of himself hammering a round punch bag with hellacious uppercuts.
His bulging muscles were on display as he torqued his chiselled physique to tag the bag with sickening shots.
His accompanying caption read: “Having fun before it gets serious.”
Joshua’s legion of followers were quick to comment on the clip, with one saying: “Right uppercut is sending anyone straight in the air.”

Another said: “Let’s go champ.”
And another said: “The punch that will KO Usyk & Fury.”
One remarked: “Can’t wait to see that on Fury’s jaw.”
Joshua’s showdown with Uysk is on the verge of being officially announced, although ‘three small issues’ need to be resolved before the pair can throw down.
Usyk’s promoter, Alexander Krassuyk told The Daily Mail: “According to my experience in boxing, the fight is done when both fighters enter the ring and the bell sounds.
“We just have three small issues to co-ordinate, which we’re going to do tonight.
“We have a conference call to fix everything and to proceed with signing [contracts].
“[It’s] some small risky things, which are not likely to happen. But we are professionals and we need to secure even the lowest possibility issues.
“That’s why we keep saying, ‘The principal things have been coordinated a long time ago.’
“But all those small issues are in progress. Nothing major.
“We keep saying we’re going to make it within a couple of days. But the issue is our lawyers are in the United States, we’re in Ukraine, [AJ’s] guys are in the UK.
“We don’t need to talk much, we just need to agree on small issues and to proceed further.”
