ARSENAL ace Thomas Partey is facing the music after footage emerged of him allegedly flouting Covid rules at a private bash.
A video featuring the £45million star was shared on Instagram by a stunning model just before 3am on Monday.
It appeared to show the Ghanaian, 27, dancing with pals at a heaving nightclub only hours after the Gunners had slumped to their worst end to a season in 25 years.
Arsenal confirmed it was taking the matter “seriously”.
Partey, wearing a white t-shirt and heavy gold chain, was seen alongside dozens of maskless revellers at the unidentified venue, thought to be in London.
Bow-tied waiters later brought out Dom Pérignon champagne topped with sparklers in a lavish celebration for the group.
There is no suggestion Partey was drinking at the bash.
Nightclubs are still barred from reopening under current government Covid laws and it remains illegal to host parties or breach the rule of six.
Anyone found to be attending a party of more than 15 people risks an £800 fine, while organisers of parties of over 30 people face fines of £10,000.
One Arsenal fan told The Sun: “I’ve got no problem with people partying, but it says everything about the club at the moment that our £45m player thinks the weekend was the right time to have a large one.
“We’ve just missed out on European football for the first time in 25 years.
“If that were me I’d be at home thinking about how I could be better next year.”
The girl who posted the 44-second video, Northern Irish model Wiktoria Kowalczyk, 22, declined to comment.
The beauty – who also posts videos for punters on racy website OnlyFans – made the video public on her Instagram Stories yesterday.
Clips on Stories automatically disappear 24 hours after they are posted.
Ghana international Partey joined Arsenal from Atletico Madrid last year.
Sources last night said the player was regularly Covid tested.
Last night an Arsenal spokesman said: “We are taking this matter seriously.
“All our players are regularly reminded of their responsibilities.
“We are dealing with the matter internally and will not make any further comment.”
Partey’s spokesman did not respond to requests for comment.
