LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp has fumed at the VAR decision to allow Leicester’s equaliser to stand.
The Reds had led former boss Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes side at the time, courtesy of a wonderful move finished off by Mo Salah.

But James Maddison’s controversial 78th minute free-kick sparked a run of three goals in seven minutes that buried Liverpool, and their faint title hopes.
With Thiago Alcantara’s foul on Harvey Barnes having initially been given as a penalty, the VAR Stuart Attwell intervened to say the incident occurred outside the box, downgrading Leicester’s spot kick to a free-kick.
But Liverpool’s respite was brief, as Maddison, 24, curled his effort beyond Alisson in the Reds’ net.
Initially disallowed for offside against Daniel Amartey, who interfered with play, the call was subsequently overturned after the Ghanaian was in fact deemed to be onside.
But Klopp, 53, believes that the VAR made a mess of the call.
He told talkSPORT: “We conceded a really strange goal – I’ve said this plenty of times but it’s VAR. VAR should be completely objective, but it’s not.
“Because somebody has to make a decision whether it’s offside or not and which moment is the moment when we judge the offside.
“I’ve seen [the replay] back plenty of times now and how I saw it is that Maddison didn’t even touch the ball when he judged the situation.

“That’s obviously a situation where Stuart Attwell has to show responsibility for why he chose that situation.”
And when asked to clarify whether Attwell had paused the clip at the wrong time, he added: “Yes, of course. His foot [Maddison] is behind the ball, so how can somebody know he already touched ball?
“A millisecond later and three Leicester players are closer to the goal. That’s it.”
A dreadful mix-up between Ozan Kabak and Alisson gifted Jamie Vardy a Leicester second under three minutes later, before Harvey Barnes pounced on more dreadful defending to seal the turnaround in the 85th minute.
