LEEDS TV star Emma Louise Jones has sent her Instagram followers into meltdown with a series of home workouts.
The presenter, 30, has amassed an army of fans for her work at Leeds since 2017 and shot onto the national scene during England’s 2018 World Cup warm-up clash against Costa Rica.

Now with 254,000 followers on the social networking site, she likes to keep them entertained by leaving little to the imagination.
She’s caused a fresh stir with her latest upload.
Revealing the secrets to her amazing figure, Jones posted six different types of exercises working on her core, legs and bum.
They include pelvic thrusts and squats in the hope of attempting to get her followers to participate in the exercises.
Alongside the videos she wrote: “A lot of you asked for body weight and banded workouts, so after much blood, sweat and tears, here you go.
“Banded and body weight booty (even with out a band you’ll still feel the burn).”
She even teased fans by revealing another video was coming soon.
Jones added: “I’ve also filmed an upper body banded work out that I’ll be sharing with you soon.”

Another added: “Something tells me this was not a request from the girls.”
Before landing her job at Leeds, Jones admitted she never used to watch the beautiful game.
Speaking to Ourtown magazine, Emma said: “I never used to be a football fan – but since doing Leeds I’ve become one!
“The atmosphere, passion and buzz rubbed off on me very quickly and now I’m the noisiest spectator watching from the gallery.”
