So the most recent Manchester derby, is one that we will already be putting at the back of our minds.
We’ve witnessed some exciting 0-0 draws but this most definitely wasn’t one of them.
City managed to conjure up a few chances through Sterling and Jesus but as mentioned earlier, nothing clear cut.
The most exciting thing that happened was Rashford winning United a penalty but with the assistance of VAR, Chris Kavannah ruled it out correctly for offside.
You may think I am over exaggerating but honestly, there wasn’t anything else much to it.

Solskjaer said “It’s a tight game, two good teams. I know we beat them a few times last season but those were different games, we counter attacked. Today was the most we’ve been in the game possession wise.
“They had a few big moments, David’s great save when it stands up there. Harry good block. So there’s two big chances they got and maybe a foot offside for Marcus wasn’t it?
“Tactically we knew they were going to give us some problems and I thought defensively we were excellent.
“Delighted with the defensive shape then again with the ball, we didn’t create as much as we wanted to.”
“In my time against City that is the best performance we’ve had. Not the best result but it’s the best performance.”
