The foursome have immediately gone into quarantine and will play no part in the group stage opener with the Gers.
Damjan Pavlovic and Abdoul Fessal Tapsoba, who tested negative but live together and spent the evening with Sissako, have also been separated from the main group pending the results of a second test.
A club statement from Standard Liege read: “Michel-Ange Bilikwisha, Nicolas Raskin, Moussa Sissako and our goalkeeper coach Jan Van Steenberghe have tested positive for Covid-19.
“On Tuesday morning, the entire delegation of the Rouches underwent a Covid-19 test in view of Thursday’s European match against Rangers FC.
“This morning we received the results and it showed that Michel-Ange, Nicolas, Moussa and Jan are positive.
“The foursome immediately went into quarantine and will therefore not participate in the matches against Rangers FC on Thursdsay and on the STVV field on Sunday.
“As a precautionary measure, Damjan Pavlovic and Abdoul Fessal Tapsoba, who tested negative but are living together and spent the evening yesterday with Moussa Sissako, were also separated from the nucleus pending the results of a new test.”
The news come as the Belgian side confirmed they had been granted permission to host a reduced crowd at the Stade Maurice Dufranse.
Uefa blocked fans from attending qualifiers – but clubs can now open stands if local authorities allow.
And 3750 Standard supporters will be in attendance – but the sale of booze has been banned – after a consultation between the City of Liege and the club.
