LIVERPOOL have failed with a £10million bid for Norwich left-back Jamal Lewis despite the player reportedly being desperate to leave.
The Athletic reports Lewis is determined to swap relegated Norwich for Premier League winners Liverpool.

But the Reds have failed with an initial £10m bid for the Canaries youngster.
Norwich are believed to want DOUBLE that if they are to let the 22-year-old leave Carrow Road.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is eager to add a left-back to his squad to provide cover for Andy Robertson.
The German knows squad depth will be vital in the jam-packed 2020-21 season and wants more than just James Milner to deputise for the Scot when needed.
But in order to bring him to Anfield he will have to up his bid to £20m to meet Norwich’s valuation.
Lewis made 28 Premier League appearances this season and, despite Norwich finishing rock bottom on their return to the top-flight, impressed onlookers.
The Northern Ireland international is willing to accept the likelihood of limited first-team minutes at Klopp’s side.
But it is not thought to have dampened his spirits ahead of a potential dream move.
Lewis has been at Norwich for seven years since arriving in the academy from Luton and has made 100 senior appearances for the club.
