He has been linked with having a trilogy fight against old rival Mike Tyson 53, who has also announced he is making a comeback.
Holyfield is 2-0 up against Iron Mike, one of those wins being the infamous 1997 scrap where Tyson bit out a chunk of his ear.
And after Tyson showcased his own incredible body transformation in a number of sparring and workout videos, Holyfield has shown he isn’t in bad nick himself.
The Real Deal uploaded a beach sweatfest clip to his Instagram where he was put through his paces by a personal trainer.

With pumping music in the background, it is very Rocky-esque, apt for Holyfield shaking up boxing once again.
He goes through cardio, resistance, strength and finally some sparring with metal chains in the hard-hitting montage.
Holyfield, who last fought in 2011, captioned it: “Strong body. Strong mind.
Strong spirit. #teamholyfield.”
The Alabama heavyweight is in confident mood ahead of a prospective third dust-up against Tyson.
HOLYFIELD CONFIDENT OF 3-0
Holyfield reckons a mix of front-foot boxing, body shots and a fearless approach will be the ticket for a hat-trick of wins over 53-year-old Tyson.
He told the BBC: “I always liked to come forward, everyone thought I was gonna run from Mike, I wanted him to know I wasn’t going anywhere, that was the whole big thing.
“I felt that I had quicker hands than Mike, I felt I had the reach. I got to hit him a couple of times, when you start hitting people they start changing.
“I knew that was part of the gameplan, you’ve got to push him, you’ve got to beat him to the punch.
“Mike liked hitting people to the body but Mike didn’t like getting hit to the body. I know that, things that people tend to do to their opponent they don’t like it to happen to them.
“When I saw I hit Mike to the body, I knew it would slow him down.”
Holyfield then gets back to doing what he did pretty well for most of his life – boxing
