ALAN PARDEW wants to stay on as boss of Dutch side Den Haag.
He and sidekick Chris Powell will hold talks about a new contract now that Holland’s Eredivisie has been officially written off.

Scrapping the season with no relegation means second-bottom Den Haag stay up but Pardew will not pocket a bean for keeping his struggling side in the top division.
Pardew said: “Even if I was entitled to a bonus, I would never want to receive it. In this difficult period I would return any bonus to the club.
They would certainly find a good home for it.”
Dutch soccer chiefs only made a U-turn on Friday and abandoned the season after first saying they would play on.
Former West Ham and Newcastle manager Pardew wants a new deal but also wants assurances that he and No2 Powell will be given a big enough transfer budget to avoid future relegation scraps.
He is currently at home in England with his family sitting out coronavirus lockdown.
Pardew said: “I hope to be able to go back to The Hague again soon. Then will be the time for thinking about the situation. I have not regretted my switch to ADO Den Haag for a second.
Although we still believed we could accomplish our mission, we were not doing well and will never know if we would have succeeded.

“It is a wonderful club, with very committed and loyal fans.
“We have to be realistic at this moment in time. It’s a relief but we also have to modest.

“But because of that I don’t think any other outcome would be fair on Den Haag. We are counting our blessings but it is important our club stays where it is.”

Den Haag’s rivals FC Utrecht are unhappy at the decision to scrap the season and are preparing legal action to challenge it.
Dutch football bosses have already allocated next season’s European slots for their teams, ignoring the Europa League place allocated each year to the cup winners.
Utrecht were due to play Feyenoord in the final before the season ended.
