Lausanne, Switzerland, April 24, 2020 – United States setter Lauren Carlini joined us again today on Facebook Live to discuss youth development and club volleyball.

Carlini guided USA to victory at the FIVB Volleyball Nations League in Nanjing, China in 2019. She also helped the team earn its berth at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games after a sweep of their matches at the FIVB Tokyo Volleyball Qualification 2019. And in September 2019, she was back on the podium with a silver medal at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Cup in Japan.
This season Carlini was playing professionally for Dinamo Moscow in Russia but the season was cut short because of the current health situation. She played in Italy for two seasons before that.
