LEEDS legend Norman Hunter has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Championship club confirmed the former England international, 76, has been admitted to hospital in a statement posted on their website.

It read: “We can confirm that Leeds United and England legend Norman Hunter is being treated in hospital after testing positive for COVID-19.
“We would like to take this opportunity to remind the public and the media to respect the wishes of Norman and his family and to give them the space they need during this difficult time.
“Keep battling Norman, we are all with you.”
The centre-back made over 500 appearances for the Whites including the hugely successful period under boss Don Revie.
Hunter lifted the FA Cup when Leeds defeated Arsenal 1-0 at Wembley in 1972 while also losing to AC Milan to the European Cup final three years later.
He was also part of the England 1966 World Cup winning squad before ending his playing career at Bristol City and Barnsley.
Hunter earned 28 caps for his country in total scoring two goals.

In 1974, he created history by becoming the first ever player to win PFA Player of the Year Award.
Tributes have flooded in on social media with one Leeds fan writing: “Come on Norman, fight this like your fought for us every week, we are all with you.”
Another added: “Keep fighting Norman. Thoughts to his family at this time.”
