Youngster Ryan Sessegnon and central defender Davinson Sanchez were also part of the trio being put through their paces.

Following orders to stay at home and only head outside for essential travel with household members, Mourinho has accepted his mistake.

Reported by the Mirror, he said: “I accept that my actions were not in line with government protocol and we must only have contact with members of our own household.

“It is vital we all play our part and follow government advice in order to support our heroes in the NHS and save lives.”

Mourinho was believed to have offered to work closely with £55million signing Ndombele with last summer’s arrival struggling to force his way into the side since the Portuguese’s appointment in November.

The Frenchman, 23, has made 12 league starts but just four of those have come under the ex-Manchester United boss.

His team-mates Sessegnon and Sanchez were also seen jogging less than the recommended two metres apart.

Several parks in London have already been closed by police in order to avoid people meeting up during the current lockdown.

The guidelines state more than two people out together is viewed as “a gathering” and must be dispersed.

Prem stars Mason Mount, Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker have all landed themselves in hot water after ignoring the government’s advice on social distancing.
