Havertz scored and provided an assist as the Gunners secured a comfortable 3-0 away win on Saturday night.

The victory was enough to take Mikel Arteta’s side to the top of the Premier League ahead of Liverpool’s trip to Manchester United on Sunday.

However, Havertz’s decision to hand his shirt to Brighton’s assistant manager angered Tim Sherwood.

The former Tottenham boss was shocked by the incident and made his feelings known at full-time.
