KATE ADBO was forced to apologise to her husband after her live TV blunder on CBS Sports.
The presenter was hosting the broadcaster’s Champions League coverage alongside Micah Richards, Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher.
Kate, 43, was introducing the show when she made the gaffe of introducing herself as “Kate Abdo”.
She has changed her name following her marriage to partner Malik Scott.
She took the name “Abdo” from her ex-husband Ramtin Abdo, who is a businessman and investor believed to be worth £10million.
She said: “Good evening and welcome to our post-match show, it is so good to have you with us.

She then said: “Sorry, sorry Malik.”

The Liverpool legend was referencing the time she accidentally said Fox Sports while presenting for CBS.
Kate managed to do it correctly on another occasion, which was met with cheers from the panel.
She married the retired boxer in an intimate ceremony earlier this month in Malibu, California.
She announced that she has changed her name having signed an “exclusive contract” with Scott.
They were joined by a small group of family and friends, with Henry, Carragher, or Richards not in attendance.
She revealed: “Our wedding was intimate – just the two of us, really.
“We focused on each other and the commitment we were making.
“It was a godly ceremony on the Malibu hills, just how we wanted it.”
