The Blues hosted Rangers for a pre-season friendly on Wednesday night, running out 2-1 winners.

However, it was the bar price lists at the stadium which caught the eyes of their rivals.

Ahead of the new season, fans were able to choose from a beer selection of Cruzcampo, Birra Moretti and Beavertown Neck Oil.

The three draught beers were priced between £5.50 and £6.20 for a pint.

Another added: “Take a bow.”

Birmingham supporters were equally impressed, though, with one commenting: “I’ll be holding up the queue deciding what I want.”
