Reigning champions City are in the driver’s seat after beating Tottenham 2-0 on Tuesday night.

Erling Haaland’s double saw Pep Guardiola’s men climb two points above the Gunners going into the final day.

City take on West Ham at the Etihad, with the match to be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event.

Arsenal, meanwhile, will host Everton, hoping to pounce on any potential City slip-up.

Chelsea can still overtake Tottenham, should they beat Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge and hope that Spurs slip up at Sheffield United.

The Blues could still be caught by Newcastle, however, if they lose to the Cherries and the Toon win at Brentford.

Fans hoping to tune in to the European race can watch Chelsea vs Bournemouth on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Arena.
